Posted by Last Monday, August 23rd, Petrobras announced the conclusion of the transfer of 100% WI for the Golfinho and Camarupim clusters (both located in offshore Espírito Santo) to BW Energy, which takes operatorship of the assets negotiated. The amount of the most recent transaction was US$ 12.2 million, adding up to the US$ 3 million paid when the contract was signed last year.
The Golfinho cluster, with water depths of around 1,300 m to 2,200 m, includes the Golfinho field (oil producer), Canapu field (gas producer), and the BM-ES-23 exploration block. The Camarupim cluster, with water depths of around 100 m to 1,050 m, includes the Camarupim and Camarupim Norte fields, both gas producers.
