Enauta announced today (December 21st) that it has reached an agreement to acquire the other 50% previously owned by former partner Barra Energia. This decision is yet to be approved by ANP.
The company also reassured commitment to the development of the area, saying that they will look for new partners and also promote a bid for a new FPSO in 2021.
Atlanta currently has 3 production wells connected to one FPSO with limited capacity, and according to the company’s statement, 1.3 billion barrels of oil in place, of which only 1.25% was produced.
